Section 46 Administration of Criminal Justice Law (ACJL) Lagos

Section 46 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Conditions of recognisance. It provides as follows:

The recognisance to be entered into by any person shall bind him to keep the peace or to be of good behaviour, as the case may be, and in the latter case the commission or conspiracy or attempt to commit or the aiding, counseling, or procuring the commission at any time during the continuance of the recognisance of any offence punishable with imprisonment, wherever it may be committed, shall be a breach of the recognisance.
