Section 38 Administration of Criminal Justice Law (ACJL) Lagos

Section 38 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Procedure in respect of person present in Court. It provides as follows:

If the person in respect of whom an Order under section 37 of this Law is made is present in Court, the Order shall be read over to him or, if he so desires, the content of the Order shall be explained to him.
