Section 37 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Order to be made. It provides as follows:

When a Magistrate acting under sections 34, 35 or 36 of this Law considers it necessary to require any person to show cause under these sections, he shall make an order in writing setting forth the—

(a) substance of the information received;

(b) amount of the recognisance to be executed;

(c) term for which it is to be in force; and

(d) number, character, and class of sureties, if any, required.
