Section 28 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Power to arrest on warrant but without the warrant. It provides as follows:

A warrant of arrest may be executed notwithstanding that it is not in the possession of the person executing the warrant but the warrant shall, on the demand by the person arrested, be shown to him within a reasonable time after his arrest.
