Section 15 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Offence committed in presence of a Judge or Magistrate. It provides as follows:

When an offence is committed in the presence of a Judge or Magistrate, the Judge or Magistrate may himself arrest or order any person to arrest the offender and may subject to the provisions of this Law relating to bail, commit the offender to custody.
