7 U.S. Code § 1379j

7 U.S. Code § 1379j is about Regulations. It is under Part D (Wheat Marketing Allocation) of Subchapter II (Loans, Parity Payments, Consumer Safeguards, Marketing Quotas, And Marketing Certificates) of Chapter 35 (Agricultural Adjustment Act Of 1938) of Title 7 (Agriculture) of the Code.

The Secretary shall prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this part including but not limited to regulations governing the acquisition, disposition, or handling of marketing certificates.
