7 U.S. Code § 1368

7 U.S. Code § 1368 is about Effect of increase on other quotas. It is under Subpart i (publication and review of quotas) of Part C (Administrative Provisions) of Subchapter II (Loans, Parity Payments, Consumer Safeguards, Marketing Quotas, And Marketing Certificates) of Chapter 35 (Agricultural Adjustment Act Of 1938) of Title 7 (Agriculture) of the Code.

Notwithstanding any increase of any farm marketing quota for any farm as a result of review of the determination thereof under this subpart, the marketing quotas for other farms shall not be affected.
