7 U.S. Code § 1031

7 U.S. Code § 1031 is about Conveyance of mineral rights with land. It is under Subchapter IV (General Provisions) of Chapter 33 (Tenant Purchase Loans And Mortgage Insurance) of Title 7 (Agriculture) of the Code.

Any conveyance of real estate by the Government or any Government agency under this Act shall include all mineral rights.
