Section 21 Rent Control and Recovery of Residential Premises Law

Section 21 of the Rent Control and Recovery of Residential Premises Law of Lagos State 1997 is about Warrant of possession may issue at any time. It provides as follows:

Where a landlord is entitled to possession of any premises, the Tribunal may issue a
warrant of possession, notwithstanding that the counterclaim is undetermined or
unsatisfied.
