Section 22 Rent Control and Recovery of Residential Premises Law

Section 22 of the Rent Control and Recovery of Residential Premises Law of Lagos State 1997 is about Limitation of orders and judgment. It provides as follows:

No order or judgment for the recovery of possession of any premises to which this
Law applies or for the ejectment of a tenant shall be made or given unless the
Tribunal considers it reasonable to make order having regard to the Second Schedule to this Law.
