Section 10 Rent Control and Recovery of Residential Premises Law

Section 10 of the Rent Control and Recovery of Residential Premises Law of Lagos State 1997 is about Representation of parties. It provides as follows:

In respect of any matter before a Tribunal any landlord, tenant, class of landlords or
tenants or any other person who in the opinion of the Tribunal has any interest in
such matter may be represented either in person or by a legal practitioner of his
choice, the Governor may be represented by a law officer or by any other person
authorised in that behalf by or on behalf of the Attorney-General.
