Section 34 Tenancy Law of Lagos State 2011

Section 34 of the Tenancy Law of Lagos State 2011 is about Defence supported by written depositions. It provides as follows:

Where in accordance with Section 27 of this Law, the defendant intends to rely on a written deposition, he may at the time of filing the defense but not later than five (5) days thereafter, file witness statements, exhibits and other relevant documents to be tendered.
