Section 39 Tenancy Law of Lagos State 2011

Section 39 of the Tenancy Law of Lagos State 2011 is about Warrant for possession may be used be issued at any time. It provides as follows:

Where a landlord is entitled to possession of any premises, the Court may issue a warrant for possession, notwithstanding that the counterclaim is undetermined or unsatisfied.
