Section 19 Tenancy Law of Lagos State 2011

Section 19 of the Tenancy Law of Lagos State 2011 is about Service of Notice for Business Premises. It provides as follows:

Proper service on a tenant of a business premises shall by-
(a) delivery to a person at the business premises sought to be recovered: or

(b) affixing the notice on a prominent part of the premises to be recovered and providing corroborative proof of service.
