Section 110 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 110 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

(1) Where a person who applies for anything to be done under this Law, or any person opposing such application, is in possession of any document of title or, the right to the production of any such documents are in the possession or custody of any other person, the Registrar may, after giving both parties and such other person an opportunity of being heard, order such documents to be produced and delivered to him at such time and place and on such terms as the Registrar thinks fit.

(2) The Registrar may at any time order the production and delivery of any document of title to him for the purpose of noting any entry in the register or when the holder of the certificate has ceased to be the registered holder.
