Section 121 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 121 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

Subject to the provisions of this Law, any reference made to any title under the provisions of the Registered Land Law Cap R1 Laws of Lagos State 2003; Registration of titles Law and Registration of Titles (Appeals) Rules Cap R4 Laws of Lagos State 2003; Land Instruments Registration Law Cap L58 Laws of Lagos State 2003, and the Electronic Documents Management System Law 2007 shall be applicable under this Law.
