Section 107 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 107 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

(1) An appeal to the Court shall not affect any dealing for value registered before delivery of notice of the appeal to the Registrar.

(2) A notice that an appeal to the Court is pending shall be registered
against the entry in the register affected by the appeal.

(3) This Section shall apply to an appeal from an order of the Court to the Court of Appeal in the same manner as it applies to an appeal to the Court.
