Section 108 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 108 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

All registers and files of registered documents at the Registry shall be deemed to be in legal custody, admissible in evidence in any Court and every Registrar shall produce or cause to be produced any register or file of registered documents in his office or Certified True Copy of same, on subpoena or order of any court without payment for so doing unless the court directs otherwise.
