Section 109 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 109 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

(1) The Registrar shall upon request, give a certified true copy of any entry in any book, register, or of any filed document.

(2) Every such certified copy shall be received in evidence without any further or other proof in all civil cases.
