Section 97 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 97 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

Upon application of the registered owner or owner of a registered interest in the registered owner’s title or a notice, caution, inhibition or restriction in the title that is registered under the provisions of this Law, the Registrar may amend any entry in the register of the title to reflect the effect of other statutes, orders of courts, a change in the name of owner or other changes that may have occurred in fact.
