Section 77 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 77 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

No document required to be stamped shall, unless otherwise exempted under this Law, be presented for registration or be registered unless it has been duly stamped in accordance with the provisions of the Stamp Duties Law.
