Section 63 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 63 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

A part of the land comprised in any title in the register shall not be transferred unless the holder has first sub-divided the land after which new interests shall be registered.
