Section 50 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 50 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

A mortgagor may create a subsequent mortgage in the same manner as the first mortgage and the same provisions with all necessary changes shall apply, but a sale under any express or implied power in such subsequent mortgage, shall be subject to all prior mortgages.
