Section 54 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 54 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

The charge, when registered, confers upon the chargee a charge upon the interest of the chargor as appearing in the register subject to the encumbrances and qualification to which the chargor’s interest is subject, but free from any unregistered interest in the land.
