Section 40 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 40 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of any Law to the contrary, any subsequent registered encumbrance affecting land shall be dealt with only in accordance with the provisions of this Law and no interest shall be passed or created until a title document is registered.
