Section 45 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 45 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

Except where a registered sub-lease has been forfeited in accordance with the existing law, the agreements and conditions contained in the sublease may be varied, and the terms of any sub-lease may be extended by an agreement executed by the sub-lessor and the sub-lessee for the time being, and registered before the expiration of the current sub-lease.
