Section 25 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 25 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

(1) The Land Registry may issue letters of accreditation to persons with access to log on to the LIMS to conduct searches or download information on the LIMS.

(2) Persons referred to in subsection (1) of this Section shall include, but are not limited to the following-
(a) Law Firms;
(b) Financial Institutions;
(c) Corporate organizations; and
(d) Registered Estate Surveyors and Valuers;

(3) Any user group accredited under this section shall pay the prescribed fee and the subsequent renewal fee.
