Section 8 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 8 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

A grant or sub-lease of State land that exceeds a term of five (5) years shall be delivered by the appropriate Land Officer with a duplicate copy of the grant or sub-lease to the Registrar, who on receipt of evidence of payment of the prescribed fees shall register the grantee or lessee as the holder of the grant or sub-lease.
