Order 18 FCT (Civil Procedure) Rules 2025

Order 18 of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court (Civil Procedure) Rules 2025 is about Reply. It contains the following rules:

1. Where the claimant desires to make a reply, he shall file it
   within 14 days from the service of the defence.
2. Where a counterclaim is pleaded, a defence to the
   counterclaim shall be included in the reply and shall be
   subject to the rules applicable to defence.
