Section 68 Matrimonial Causes Act 1970

Section 68 of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1970 is about Procedure on intervention. It provides as follows:

A person intervening under this Part or Part II of this Act shall be deemed to be a party in the proceedings with all the rights, duties and liabilities of a party.
