Section 46 Matrimonial Causes Act 1970

Section 46 of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1970 is about Application of sections 41 to 45 to certain decrees. It provides as follows:

The provisions of sections 41 to 45 of this Act shall apply to and in relation to a decree of judicial separation made before the commencement of this Act by a court in Nigeria as well as to such a decree made after the commencement of this Act.
