Section 353 Investments and Securities Act

Section 353 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Seal of the Commission. It is under Part XVIII (Miscellaneous Provisions) of the Act. It provides as follows:

(1) The affixing of the seal of the Commission shall be authenticated by the signature of the Director-General and the Secretary or any two members of the Board duly authorised.

(2) Any contract or instrument which, if made or executed by a person not being a body corporate, is not required to be under seal shall be made or executed by or on behalf of the Commission by the Director-General or any person specially authorised to act for that purpose by the Board.
