Section 337 Investments and Securities Act

Section 337 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Further appeals. It is under Part XVII (Establishment, Jurisdiction, Authority and Procedure of The Investments and Securities Tribunal) of the Act. It provides as follows:

An appeal against the decision of the Court of Appeal at the instance of any party shall lie to the Supreme Court.
