Section 338 Investments and Securities Act

Section 338 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Legal representation. It is under Part XVII (Establishment, Jurisdiction, Authority and Procedure of The Investments and Securities Tribunal) of the Act. It provides as follows:

A legal practitioner employed by the Tribunal shall be entitled to represent the Tribunal before any court of law in Nigeria.
