Section 311 Investments and Securities Act

Section 311 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Cessation of office. It is under Part XVI (Issuance of Securities) of the Act. It provides as follows:

The provisions of section 307 of this Act shall apply notwithstanding that the relevant officer has ceased to hold office.
