Section 309 Investments and Securities Act

Section 309 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Mismanagement or diversion of proceeds. It is under Part XVI (Issuance of Securities) of the Act. It provides as follows:

A person who diverts or mismanages the proceeds of any debt issuance under this Part commits an offence and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not more than 15 years.
