Section 304 Investments and Securities Act

Section 304 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Requirements of securities exchanges. It is under Part XVI (Issuance of Securities) of the Act. It provides as follows:

A body to which this Part applies in exercising the powers granted under this Part shall comply with the listing requirements of the relevant securities exchange.
