Section 305 Investments and Securities Act

Section 305 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Binding obligation on successive governments or bodies. It is under Part XVI (Issuance of Securities) of the Act. It provides as follows:

Any amount raised or guaranteed by any of the bodies to which this Part applies shall, until such amount is fully repaid, be a binding and continuing obligation on the Federal, State or Local Government, boards or supervising ministries of corporate entities to which this Act applies with regards to the repayment of all principal sums and interest payments due and outstanding under the issue including other terms and conditions arising from it.
