Section 284 Investments and Securities Act

Section 284 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Powers of trustees. It is under Part XVI (Issuance of Securities) of the Act. It provides as follows:

The trustees appointed under this Part shall have all the powers conferred upon trustees by the trust deed under which they are appointed, the Trustee Investments Act and any other relevant law for the time being in effect.
