Section 281 Investments and Securities Act
Section 281 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Bonds. It is under Part XVI (Issuance of Securities) of the Act. It provides as follows:
(1) Every bond shall be signed by the issuer and when issued, bind the issuer to pay the principal sum and the interest on that sum in accordance with the provisions of this Act at the rate and on the dates specified in the trust deed.
(2) Bonds shall be issued in such denominations as the issuer may determine.
