Section 277 Investments and Securities Act

Section 277 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Entries in a bond register. It is under Part XVI (Issuance of Securities) of the Act. It provides as follows:

The entries in a bond register shall be presumed to be a correct representation of the facts, matters, particulars and transactions to which those entries relate.
