Section 242 Investments and Securities Act

Section 242 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Insurance of warehouse and commodities. It is under Part XV (Commodities Exchange and Warehouse Receipts) of the Act. It provides as follows:

A warehouse operator shall insure its warehouse structures and facilities, as well as the commodities stored in the warehouse as prescribed by the rules and regulations made under this Act.
