Section 220 Investments and Securities Act

Section 220 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Subrogation. It is under Part XIV (Investor Protection Fund) of the Act. It provides as follows:

On payment out of an investor protection fund of any money in respect of any claim under this Part, the board of trustees of an investor protection fund shall be subrogated, to the extent of the payment made out of the investor protection fund, to all the rights and remedies of the claimant in relation to the loss suffered by him.
