Section 221 Investments and Securities Act

Section 221 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Application of insurance money. It is under Part XIV (Investor Protection Fund) of the Act. It provides as follows:

A claimant against an investor protection fund shall not have any right of action against any person with whom a contract of insurance or indemnity is made under this Part in respect of such contract, or have any right or claim with respect to any money paid by the insurer in accordance with such contract.
