Section 72 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Extracts of register. It is under Part VI (Registration and Regulation of Capital Market Operators) of the Act. It provides as follows:

The Commission may supply a copy of the extract of a register obtained under section 71 (1) of this Act to any person who, in the opinion of the Commission, and in the public interest is to be informed of the dealings in securities disclosed in the register.
