Section 23 Investments and Securities Act 2025

Section 23 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Investments by the Commission. It is under Part IV (Financial Provisions) of the Act. It provides as follows:

The Commission may, subject to the provisions of this Act and the conditions of any trust created in respect of any property, invest all or any of its funds as may be approved by the Board.
