Section 13 Investments and Securities Act 2025

Section 13 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Appointment of the Secretary and other staff of the Commission. It is under Part III (Staff of the Commission) of the Act. It provides as follows:

(1) There shall be for the Commission a Secretary who shall be appointed by the Board.

(2) The Secretary shall be a legal practitioner of not less than 10 years’ post-call experience.
