Section 2 Investments and Securities Act 2025

Section 2 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Head office of the Commission. It is under Part I (Establishment, Objectives, Functions, and Powers of the Securities and Exchange Commission) of the Act. It provides as follows:

The Commission shall have its head office in a location which is by law designated as the capital of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and may establish zonal offices in any part of Nigeria in accordance with the decision of the Board of the Commission.
