Section 95 Nigeria Police Act

Section 95 of the Nigeria Police Act 2020 is about Private business and conflict of interest. It is under Part XI (Establishment of The Police Reward Fund, etc. And other Provisions Relating to the Police Force) of the Act. It provides as follows:

A police officer shall not, while in service, be directly involved in managing and running any private business or trade except farming.
