Section 71 Nigeria Police Act

Section 71 of the Nigeria Police Act 2020 is about General authority to issue warrant. It is under Part VIII (Warrants) of the Act. It provides as follows:

Where under a law, there is power to arrest a suspect without warrant, a warrant for his arrest may be issued by the court.
